Long Overdue Post: Conference Grounds Camping

This was way back in early August.  Doesn't it look warm??

 We had 4 lots in a row right by the playground and bathrooms.

 Perfect for little kids.

 Papa played pied piper with his water balloons.  We attracted all of the kids on the playground!

 We borrowed Dan & Misti's trailer, it was great - it had AC and we did not have to set up a pop up in the heat, or take down in the rain!

 

 We played lots of games, ate, swam, and talked.

 Leila got over her fear of water quickly!

It ended with lots of rain, but we managed to play under an awning - Lin and I had garbage bag capes to keep us from getting too wet.  It was a great week of family time.
