Well, I finally made it back to get some professional pictures taken. They turned out pretty well.

She is just always so cute.

She even posed her arms that way on her own! I had to go with this pose:

Now that she is rolling over a lot more, naps can get interesting...I never know what position I will be finding her in.

Halloween!

We had dinner with friends at Pizza Hut before the trick or treating began.

We had a chicken, an angel with a devil's tail, and of course, the captain of the Titanic :)

Leila and Molly got matching ladybug costumes, but Leila is too long for hers, so we went with the cute chicken costume that Nana bought.

Although I had to get a couple of pictures with the matching costumes.

A few cousins came over too!

Jeremy...Purchasing Assistant

Jeremy has started his new job at Siegers. Week one was a success. He has quite an adjustment to make - going from working outside using his muscles to working inside and using his brain more. He also had a wardrobe change, but that seems to be the least of his worries. Leila does not seem to notice a difference :)

She is happy as always.

And very excited to have discovered her favorite new toy: TOES!

They are super yummy. She hardly ever lets them out of her grasp.

Using the reach for her toes seems to have helped her learn how to roll over from back to front much more easily. She has flipped herself over at least 20 times today...every time I turn around she is back on her tummy - but not happy about it, so I have to help her flip back over, only to do it all again. I love all of her baby fat rolls! She is adorable, even if I do say so myself!

Ouch! Mom cut my finger with the nail clippers.

chilly and chili

Well, it is getting chilly outside, so it was time to start putting a hat on miss Leila. I love how cute this one is. I can't wait to get a super cute winter hat for her too.

And the close up is even better! How precious.

Jer made chili for the MSU vs UofM game this past Saturday. It was delicious! 3 times better than the original recipe :)

Those peppers were for the fajitas we had for supper that night. I could get used to him cooking!

New Toy

I got out a new toy for Leila.

She finally has almost enough body control to be in here successfully and is actually interested in playing with the toys!
