Catch up - September through December 2019

Henry had some candy at the fire truck parade and Jer woke up around midnight and heard Henry struggling to breathe.  We administered the Epi-Pen and I drove him to the emergency room.  He may have reacted to the egg that may have been in the candy, but he also had croup.

Grandparents and Grandfriends Day at the kids' schools.  Neither grandfather could come so Uncle Rod and Aunt Kerri joined in the fun!


Henry wanted to make shaped cookies so he decorated them with sprinkles and made a face.
Dissecting owl pellets at school - Henry took his home and did it some more.  He LOVES this kind of thing.

We lost a lot of her seeds as we went around, but they had a ton of fun!

The Rooster Who Would Not Be Quiet by Carmen Agra Deedy - she gave a nice talk before signing books.  Stella won a book in the library contest.
We went to Reid's school play, Elf Jr, and found out after we sat down that our tickets put us right in front of Aunt Lindsey and her family!

Alice the elf visited a friends' elf (Mr. Pickles) again this year.
Henry had a second emergency room visit due to croup this year.  He just couldn't stop coughing and his pediatrician recommended going to the ER until his coughing was back under control.
