DUTCH VILLAGE!!

Today was community day at Dutch Village so we braved the crowds and brought the kiddos!  They enjoyed riding on the wooden horses.

And using the reins to encourage them onward.  Jer's parents met us there (somehow they managed not to get their picture taken).

I tried to get the girls to kiss like the Dutch figures, but Stella did not quite understand what we were going for.

We watched the Dutch Dancers, but they could not compete with the other attractions.

Stella would have gone in circles all day climbing inside the shoe and then sliding down if we had let her.

Leila was slightly more cautious on the way down, but loved the slide just as much.

Both girls love to go on the carousel and we are no longer allowed to hold on to Leila while she is riding :)

Leila was not interested in the animals, but Stella pet the goat after stumbling into the barn.

She also pet the bunnies, and especially liked the white one because it reminded her of her stuffed bunny.

Henry just hung out in the stroller, sleeping off and on.  It was a beautiful day to be outside!
