Hungry Horse Camping Trip

Thankfully we had a shady lot this time, because it was really sunny and hot most of the time!  Dan and Misti have a trailer and I am sort of jealous - they didn't have to sweat through set up and tear down like we did :)

Misti brought play-doh along and the kids had a blast mixing all of the colors up until all they had was brown. :)

Dan brought along his new toy - a grill over the fire pit.
The kids love the jump pad!
The real reason kids love pringles.
Henry really loved playing this "mad birds" game.  I kept correcting him and telling him it is angry birds, but he stuck with his way.

We played lots of cards - Leila taught everyone how to play trash.
Everyone wanted to be on the hammock!

Dad and Loie came out so we could celebrate his birthday
and teach Henry to play shuffleboard.

Leila decided we should be called the "glasses gals."
Stella and Ella were always together this trip.

The guys taught the kids to play five bucks up.

Water balloons were highly anticipated fun! It takes way longer to fill than to pop them :)

Misti taught the kids the towel game and they loved it!

Henry thought he didn't need a nap.

Leila has inherited Jer's picture taking skillz.  I am glad that I had her turn the camera for the second try :)  She captured our annual Euchre game.
Dan impressed us with his time estimating skills around the campfire at night.  He would randomly say, what time is it, about 9:48?  And it would literally be 9:51.  He was almost always within 10 minutes of the correct time!

The kids had fun playing a game where Josiah and Isaac were sharks and they tried to get the younger kids and the kids would push them or splash them to keep them away.

Henry enjoyed having Isaac hunt him under water.

Rainy day fun - kids "playing" rack-o.

Josiah got stung by something and his ear swelled up!
A fun week building friendships :)
